Dr. Eric Chu is class of 1993 of Fairfax High School graduate. He received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from College of William and Mary. Then he completed Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001. He went on to open Chiropractic Wellness Center on 10721 Main Street in July that year. In July 2007, the clinic moved 2 miles down to Woodson Square.
Dr. Chu uses SOT and Nutrtion Response Testing as his major system of analysis and treatment.
S.O.T. is a chiropractic technique that identifies the cause of your symptoms. S.O.T. stands for Sacro Occipital Technique -- using wedge shaped blocks that allow the body to seek its correct alignment and balance. S.O.T. is developed by Dr. M.B. DeJarnett. Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body in order to determine the underlying causes of ill health. When these are corrected through safe, natural, nutritional means, the body can repair itself in order to attain and maintain more optimum health. Dr. Chu speaks English, Chinese and understands Korean. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce and Fairfax Community Church.
